Mr. Rivera is a Financial Consultant, Affordable Housing expert, and co-Founder of Asset Tent. As Vice President with The Cornerstone Group, Mr. Rivera was instrumental in the $2.4 billion sale of its multi-family portfolio to Blackstone. Previously, Mr. Rivera managed an office for Wells Fargo Securities in Miami and has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years. He holds his Series 7, 24 & 63 FINRA licenses, and has a Finance degree from Pace University.

 Mr. Meunier is a developer and real estate investor. Over his career with Bouygues Immobilier, Majid Al Futtaim and Constructa, he has overseen the development of projects totaling $15 billion. His projects include Mary Brickell Village and CocoWalk in Miami, and The Sofitel Hotels in Chicago, Philadelphia, and NY. He also managed the Sovereign Fund of Sharjah, where he developed a master planned community.

 Mr. Ehney founded Executive Hills Inc, a prominent Kansas City development firm. While at Executive Hills, Mr. Ehney developed over 15 million square feet of commercial space across three large-scale office parks and held over 5,000 acres of land. Iconic buildings included One Kansas City Place –Kansas City’s tallest building, The Muehlebach Hotel, and the 500,000 sq ft American Airlines complex adjacent to the airport.
